The “Nesea Sifnos” complex consists of 4 independent luxury villas with 3-4 bedrooms each, combining the traditional Cycladic architecture with its natural stone construction. This complex offers a shared pool (4×12 meters) for the 3 villas and 1 villa with a private pool, with a magnificent view overlooking Platys Gialos and its bay. Sunbeds, tables, umbrellas & shower are also available.
You can approach the Nesea complex by car from a vertical road before the big turn at the beginning of Platys Gialos. The distance from the beach, by car, is 5 minutes. If you like walking, you may also take the path that ends at the beginning of Platys Gialos. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the beach.

You may reach the pool from the veranda’s exit or through a communal exit.
The “Meliti Villa Nr.1” is a two leveled villa with a veranda on both floors. It can accommodate up to 6 people and it has three bedrooms & three bathrooms. At the first level, you may find the villa’s entrance, while a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table & the living room are located in altogether in an open plan space. At the same level you may also find a bedroom, a bathroom & a sea view balcony in case you wish to enjoy your breakfast or your coffee there.
Αt the lower level you may find two bedrooms (one of them is a master bedroom), two bathrooms and a private 2x2m. Jacuzzi for 4-5 people at the outdoor area. Private swimming pool 23 sq.m. with garden, sunbeds for sunbathing or just to relax are also provided. The verandas are a little distant from the central pool in order to have more privacy.
The “Kymo Villa Nr.2” is a two leveled villa with a veranda on both floors. It can accommodate up to 6 people and it has three bedrooms & two bathrooms.
